The Hoka One One x Cotopaxi Torrent 2
Hoka One One has teamed up with Cotopaxi to design a colorful version of the Torrent 2. You can also get one of the brand's functional backpacks, created in collaboration with Hoka, at the Runster Sports Boutique. We'll show you the colorful designs, which come with plenty of color to match the spring!
The Hoka x Cotopaxi Torrent 2 is the ideal partner for off-road runs. It features a PROFLY midsole for lightweight performance. So the Torrent 2 is super cushioned yet extremely agile and nimble. The upper is made of a special mesh construction for high breathability and has been equipped with reinforced overlays that protect against debris. The speckled rubber outsole provides optimal grip, while multidirectional lugs provide improved grip on uneven terrain. The trail running shoe for neutral runners has a 5mm drop and is also suitable for off-road competitions. The special feature of the Hoka x Cotopaxi Torrent 2 is the colorful design, which is typical of Cotopaxi. So the left and right shoe show up in different colors - so the trail run is much more fun!
Another highlight is the Hoka x Cotopaxi Batac backpack, which with its 16L volume is ideally suited for day trips, but can also be used as a school backpack or as a sports bag. The Cotopaxi Batac has a large zippered main compartment and a small zippered mesh pocket inside. In addition, the Cotopaxi backpack has a zippered front compartment for small items and has two mesh side pockets where you can store your drinks. The material is made of durable, lightweight ripstop nylon and the very lightweight shoulder straps with mesh provide great comfort. Another plus: the backpack can be easily rolled up and stowed away, making it the ideal travel companion.
But why are Cotopaxi backpacks so colorful?
Cotopaxi was founded with the goal of doing good. That's why Cotopaxi uses leftover fabrics from other companies and uses them for the backpacks. In this way, the fabrics that were originally intended to be used for other products have a new use and do not end up in the landfill. The fabrics are then put together according to the tailors' whims. This makes each piece unique - no two backpacks are alike! The Torrent 2 was also designed in accordance with this process, making it a real eye-catcher.
